Software uses step:

1. Uninstall all old ver Pclink software , and restar , than install the newest one (include drivers ).

2. Use it step by step:
    a. install software.
    b. install USB driver.
    c. restar PC
    d. put the USB cable to the PC USB port.
    e. PC detected the COM.
    f. run the PC-LINK software.
    g. connect with USB cable and DMM
    h. turn on the DMM and act the PC-LINK function.
    i. press the star button in the PC-LINK software. 

Notice:
A. Login PC with administrator.

B. Disable UAC (User Account Control) service.

C. Do not use the COM prot number over 20

D. Please make sure the USB cable is have a good connection with meter.(if not, please reverse USB cable plug and try again)
